By using Auricle (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your Content

You own your journal entries, recordings, and any content you create. By using Auricle, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed before purchase. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Auricle is a journaling and reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.
